How to not get your Punkt MP02 to overheat and shut down when in internet sharing mode
The short answer: don't leave it in your pocket.
I'm using a Punkt MP02 phone as my phone. The nice thing about this dumb phone is that it's pretty great for sharing interenet to my Mac when I'm working in the train.
The not so nice thing, is that it has a tendency to overheat and then shut down while I'm working.
The dumb and super simple trick I found that fix this is... to not keep the phone in my pocket when I'm using it in hotspot mode.
Yeah, apparently I have to hot legs for that phone.
But once you know that, it makes that phone a tiny bit less frustrating to use.
