Share challenges and learn from other Service Design educators
As educators we are often alone. But it doesn't have to be like this
Intervision is a structured format to share challenges and learn from peers
We steal the same process that nurses use all around the world
The intervision process
- Case selection: every participant shares one challenge they wish to work on. One challenge gets selected.
- Clarifying questions: the person who brought the challenge gives a few more details and the team asks clarifying questions.
- Exploration: the group shares ideas, hypothesis, methods, reframes, etc. The person who brought the challenge takes notes without participating.
- Insights selection: the person who brought the challenge shares what she takes with her, if time allows each team member does the same.

I'm Daniele and I know that being a Service Design educator can suck.
I know that because I'm a Service Design educator here in Switzerland. I know it's not always easy for me either.
So I'm hosting intervision sessions where we can share our struggle and learn from each other.
My goal with these session is that we have a space where we can:
- See that our struggles are similar
- Support each others
- Learn from others
