Share challenges and learn from other Service Design educators

As educators we are often alone. But it doesn't have to be like this

Intervision is a structured format to share challenges and learn from peers

We steal the same process that nurses use all around the world

The intervision process

  • Check-in: Everyone briefly shares how they arrive and what they need from the session.
  • Choose a case: One educator presents a concrete challenge or question.
  • Clarify the situation: The group asks short factual questions to better understand the context.
  • Reflect back: Participants share what they notice, what seems important, and what patterns they see.
  • Generate options: The group suggests possible next steps, methods, reframes, or experiments.
  • Case owner decides: The person who brought the case chooses what feels useful and realistic.
  • Group learning: Everyone shares one insight they take back into their own teaching practice.
  • Close: The group agrees on any follow-up and ends with a short checkout.

Hi there,

I'm Daniele and I know that being a Service Design educator can suck.

I know that because I'm a Service Design educator here in Switzerland. I know it's not always easy for me either.

So I'm hosting intervision sessions where we can share our struggle and learn from each other.

My goal with these session is that we have a space where we can:

  • See that our struggles are similar
  • Support each others
  • Learn from others
