How to implement a service you deliver correctly?

In short: make sure that your service is of value for the people that use them, that it doesn't make the staff go crazy and that it's sustainable for both the company and the planet.

To me, the only way to know that you implemented it correctly is to test it out regularly to see if it really:

  1. brings value to the end users,
  2. doesn't make the staff go crazy
  3. is sustainable for both the company and planet that hosts it.

Outside of that, one of the smart ways to implement a new service is to do it like it's done with software: first, run an alpha version, improve it, run a beta version, and so on.
