In short: definitely not. Service Design mixes all types of interaction.

In short: an approach to imagine, prototype and build the interaction between humans and organizations.

In short: I use SD just for me, but I don't use acronyms when communicating with others.

In short: Customer Experience, Experience Design, Service Engineering, UX, etc.
