In short: On the remarkable I highlight and make quick hand made notes, that I then type in a first draft. On the mac I turn this first draft into a proofread final grading that I put in the right format.
In short: I differentiate the moments where I’m in coach or mentor role versus the moments when I’m in jury or grader role. I also try to bring in more « try out » moments where learners can get a preview of how I see things from my grader role.
In short: give three tasks to different people. One plays the citizen and designs her own sandwich. One plays the expert and designs the sandwich alone. One plays the consultant who designs the sandwich with the citizen. Finally compare the results.
In short: these days I like to use a withe board to beep the whole schedule of the day visible throughout the day. Each time we move forward I mark the previous step as done and remind the team all what we have already achieved.
