In short: Pushing Service Design learners to explain what they are saying with live-sketching and pushing them at the end of each conversation to give back the three most important points helps develop visualisation and synthesis skills.
In short: sometimes I setup different tables and workspaces with exercises, challenges and materials that learners can use to develop their prototype. Learners can pick and stick to a station or move from one to the other.
In short: don’t teach it. Make people do some Service Design work.
