Ben Reason, the CEO of the first Service Design agency in history called Livework, shared the results of a survey he did with service designers that's pretty interesting. He asked, "Would you recommend service design as a career?"

He explains that if this were a Net Promoter Score Survey done with employees, the 40 points the career gets would be good but not mindblowing.
